Learn how to change your TELUS Business email password
Requirements for setting a strong password
Password must be 8 or more characters in length
Special characters (= _ * ? # : { } , . ) are allowed
Blank spaces are not allowed
Passwords must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character or number
Passwords must not be one of the last passwords you have used
Passwords should not be the same as a password used on another site (such as banking, online shopping)
Accents and accented characters are not supported.
Resetting a password on TELUS Business email powered by Google
Select the
Settings
gear
Select
See All Settings
On the
Accounts and Import
tab, click on Google Account Settings
On the
Security
tab, scroll down and look for the section called
Signing in to Google
. This is where you’ll find the option to change your password, as well as set up 2-Step Verification
Select
Password
. This will prompt you to enter your existing password, after which you will have the opportunity to select a new password
In case you forget your password in the future, it’s worth setting up a recovery phone and/or email.
